FEATURES KARABINER WITH ELASTICATED COW-TAIL

It is built with a stretchy bungee or internal elastic core inside tubular tape webbing so it retracts compactly to avoid snagging, then extends when under tension.

It usually features a stainless- steel O-ring or attachment loop designed to connect a  rescue personal floatation device harness equipped with a quick-release mechanism.

It comes paired with a high-strength locking or wire-gate carabiner with a wide gate opening to clip onto paddle shafts, boat rims or lines.
